-Flux based Galvanising line has limitation of temperature at furnaces lead to solidify the zinc on sheet.

-So zinc coating control is the key challenge.

After checking bath chemistry considerable changes recommended especially aluminium content increased to improve fluidity of coating.
Specially designed new air knife with higher capacity blower installed to wipe out zinc.
