Environmental Dust Removal System

The LV pulsed bag dust collector type can be used for environmental dedusting system, which is shared by the mixing, proportioning & product screening system. The dust collected is fed to the raw material bin. The removed dust is conveyed by screw conveyer and discharged to technological belt conveyer for recycling.

A central dust collector is named Environmental dedusting which is shared by the exhaust gas from four cooling stages of the ring cooler, the feeding points of the grate, the baking and cooling system, product screening room, and some receiving point of revert belt conveyer. The low-pressure pulse bag filter is selected as the dust collector. Dust removal stations are located near the annular cooler. The dust collected by the dust collector is pneumatically conveyed to the dust bin of the batching room.
